Privacy Policy

This page explains what Granny Suz collects when you use adhdwithgranniesuz.com, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or remove it. Last updated: 12 March 2025.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, we receive the name you type, your email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message box. If you ask for the free routine pack, we also keep the email address used for that request. Separately, our hosting and analytics tools record technical data: browser type, device, approximate region, pages viewed, and the time spent on each page. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect information about a child's diagnosis or medical history.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies to keep pages loading correctly and to understand which routine guides and printable cards people actually use. Analytics events are aggregated, so we see that a page was read, not who read it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the pages will still open, though a few preferences may reset. We do not run advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

Why we hold it and for how long

Contact messages are kept so we can reply and follow up on a specific question about routines, sensory tools or homework strategies. Routine pack requests stay on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Technical and analytics records are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to the support material you asked about.

Sharing with service providers

A few third-party processors help the site run: our hosting provider stores the pages, an email service delivers messages and routine packs, and an analytics provider counts visits. These processors only handle data on our instructions. We do not pass your details to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated partners. If a legal request requires disclosure, we will share only what is strictly required.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, request a correction, ask for a portable copy, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw consent for emails or analytics at any time, and object to processing where the law allows. Visitors in the EU and UK have these rights under the GDPR, and California residents under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Honest claims and how to reach us

Nothing on this site promises a cure, a guaranteed result, or an official affiliation we do not have. The routines, timers and printable cards are practical suggestions, not medical advice, and they are meant to sit alongside whatever support you already have.
